in regards to Ski bum.

 

3 years ago he won 3rd place (200 dollars) I sent money orders out that year for all winners (at the same time) -- 2 week after he says he didn't get it (everyone else did) I go fock it was a money order I can't recoup it ... oh well my bad for choosing Money Orders - so I sent him a check -- a week later he says he still didn't get it (which I can concur as it was never cashed) - a few days later I then say wait a bit maybe if gets there if not I will just send you another one and cancel the check -- he says something along the lines of - it's just 200 it's no big deal - if it turns up it turns up - after he says that and the fact the check was never cashed I figured he found the money order or something. And there was not a word about it for 2 years after. Skibum do you dispute any of that? Since you seem so out of sorts here I guess you didn't get the money order afterall.

 

In regards to this year I was indeed in a battle with the IRS for over 6 months and my money was frozen - I did pay out everyone a few months late I admit due to that. Becasue it was late and I knew there would be problems I just went and paid for the entire leagues dues this year myself (granted based on 50 a team - 12 team league) to try and make everyone happy an appologize for the lateness in payouts and to make it easier to attract new owners before the draft. NOW if I don't make good on that in a month or 2 - THEN feel free to call me whatever you like I am sure you will have company.

 

With LBH - WTF? The only thing with him I know of is 4-5 years ago in the playoff wildcard I accidentally matched the wrong teams I had 3 playing 5 instead of 3 playing 6 -- and LBH lost becasue of it -- I was the one that caught it - though it had already been a week and a half after that - then went on to appologize and I paid LBH's league dues the next year ($108) for the mistake and I felt bad. I am emailing him right now though - If did I want to know - either I forgot about it or it never happened.

All I know is that I was supposed to receive 200 dollars, i did not. Shortly there after LBH sent you 100 dollars which you did not receive and then he had to send 100 dollars a second time.

 

 

Last year in our rule discussion both LBH and I brought this up and Moz did not once reply to us, rather he ignored the issue.

A. I never told you I was poor nor broke -- other than for a few months last year I guess until I settled. B. If you wanted to discuss something like that - all you had to do was PM me or Email me - if you wanted that conversation I have always responded to my emails or PM's.
