NFL: 11 of 12 Pat's balls under inflated.

Recommended Posts

Ironing... And since 1995 was ultimately a legacy roster from pre salary cap era, Dallas has never really competed in the salary cap era.

"ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio wrote Monday that sources with knowledge of the situation, informed teams "at least six times" during ownership-level meetings that there would be "serious consequences" for any team that used the uncapped year for "systematic dumping" of salaries."

Hope Miles Austin was worth it...

1. You think any Championship pre-salary cap isn't valid? What a dumbass..

2. What rule was broken?

3. Now listening to reporters and their anonymous sources is OK? The past few weeks you Pats fans have been on the other side of that issue.

Damn Dude, your story changes by the minute. :overhead:

what rule was broken by spygate? a league memo that wasn't voted on by NFL owners? You are a hypocrite... Own your teams cheating.

And i'm no saying those titles aren't valid, they are just from another era that doesn't exist anymore. Much easier to make a dynasty without a salarycap with a major market franchise. Can stack the deck, like they did in 2010 but got busted for cheating.

We can say the cowboys are and have been irrelevant in the current era. Just another team with an overbuilt stadium

Fact of the day: Over the 2010-11 season span that CapGate impacted, the Cowboys went 14-18

The Patriots did not violate/ignore a Goodell memo on the signal taping. HTH.

You clowns need to PM your buddies and find one story you want to stick too.

Hey, the Cowboys have won 2 playoff games in 20 years. How are they irrelevant? Bwahahahaha

If only Aikman would come back

True, but MUCH more relevant than the .500 Cowboys in the last 20 years. Not since, say...Bananarama's last hit

This will be a big off season to see if Jerry Jones learned anything in the salary cap years. They are way slanted to the offense with their salary cap for next year and they still have Bryant and Murray to sign. If they sign both of those guys, they will fock up their roster. Romo is close to 28 million against the cap next year (highest player in the NFL against the cap).

If you are 0-Forever, you have never been relevant, Ducky.

12 weeks, investigation still on-going.

As is they will ever announce anything other than "cleared", the investigation as you refer to it is a dog and pony show at this point. This time is being spent making sure the truth never reaches the light of day.

Since it was all driven by the Ravens and Colts whining, shouldn't it be a bird and pony show?

It takes time to run the scientific experiments necessary to get 11 footballs to lose air on one side of the field while none lose air on the other side.

Pretty tricky stuff.

admitting the crybaby ravens and colts conspired to set up the pats will be a big black eye on the league.

They are hoping it goes away so they don't have to do so.

The fairly tale is this pre-excuse you've already concocted about how they are going to sweep it under that rug so when they come out and say "There's nothing there..." you can say "I told you so!"

Bump

Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter 7m7 minutes ago

Wells report also concludes it's probable that Patriots deliberately deflated balls and Tom Brady was "generally aware".

POW!!!

The sad thing being that they did not HAVE to cheat to beat most of the teams, certainly not the Colts, and yet Brady appears to have directed people to do it anyway.

I agree with your sentiment, but there is no way on earth Brady can be suspended for the Super Bowl :o

In hindsight he should have been suspended for the Super Bowl since that is the season in which he cheated.

Whose to say the team he cheated to beat wouldn't have done the same thing?

Hence the **********************************************************************************************

Face it, the Pats will forever be known as the A-Rod of the NFL. :(

Nothing, Not that it will stop you from trying to use Lewis to deflect away from your QB's cheating ways, or your teams history of cheating.

I really haven't paid too much attention or posted much on this. But what I find interesting is say that Brady's stats fall off a cliff now moving forward, and while I expect he can still be good maybe won't be as accurate or win as much as he has prior to this. The rest of his life he'll be the Barry Bonds of the NFL.

Nope. Roided or not, Barry was quite possibly the best all around to ever play the game. (in our era)

Brady is just another good (great, mebbe) QB that benefited from being at the right place at the right time. Much like the most over rated QB of all time, Joe Montana.
