Sho Nuff 720 Posted May 23, 2016 She's horrifically bad, and she should be happy it's Donald trump against her. If it was a candidate that was more established, the dem party would absolutely tell her to go away and make Biden run. Because it's trump is the only reason she will get the nomination. They think that as bad as she is, she could still beat him Oh...its the same the other way. Any other candidate against her and it would be a landslide against her. Any other candidate against Trump, and it would be a landslide against him. Just two completely terrible choices.

Everything the left laughed at a month ago is happening to them and it's delicious. That'll never happen. 3 million more people voted for Hillary than Bernie. And that's with Hillary being lambasted by the Trump campaign the whole time. Sanders has benefited a great deal by being largely untouched through the entire process. He's everyone's favorite pappy. No one says a bad thing about him. Hillary attacks Trump and Trump attacks Hillary. If Sanders was the nominee, then he'd finally get beat up and smudged. Do I think Bernie has a better chance in the general? I think Bernie wins easily. Heck, I might even vote for him. Thank God I won't get the chance.

He hasnt gotten rich while in office and he's scandal free. Trump would have to attack him on issues, not Trumps strong point.

Willis McGahee's Dentist 61 Posted May 23, 2016 Sanders' biggest role in this election will be in getting Trump elected if he doesn't come out and support Hillary. Trump is already using things that Sanders says in his attacks on Hillary. So Hillary has two people attacking her. Bernie should be on Trump's payroll. MDC 7,435 Posted May 23, 2016 Bernie supporters have no claim on the nomination - when all is said and done she will have won more overall votes and more pledged delegates any way you cut it. Similar guy in the WH right now, except that guy is a flat out idiot who has everything handed to him. Bernie is bright, has had to work to get to his spot in line and won't kowtow to Wall Street. 1%ers are really nothing in this country, you have to be a .01%er to count to this administration. Wall Street has bought and paid for Obama with middle class money. Hillary will be even worse. I have no idea what Trump will be, except an improvement on what we have now. Hardcore troubadour 15,446 Posted May 23, 2016 Obama has done nothing for the middle class in his 8 years in office. It's exactly the same for the middle since he got in, which means it's worse. Unemployment in general is far lower. I think you greatly overstate how the benefits of the improved economy "only" benefitted the top. There's something to be said for having a job and healthcare. With his help, the rich got richer and at best the rest of us stayed flat. Unemployment is at a normal level, it only looks good in relation to what he inherited. That was something to laud after his first term and got him re-elected. His second term has been a big zip. Just because Bush was a disaster doesn't make him a success. I am responding only to your claim that everything good in the economy only went to the rich. Like I said unemployment across the board is down and more people have health insurance so it's no like there's no benefit to the middle class. All of it is immaterial. Obummer isn't running and it's not like the GOP even pretends to give a sh1t about the working classes anyway.

And looking at the way they have gone about it, they don't seem to care either. It's all social issues with them. Maybe because they want to stay or get rich too.
