The lack of thought which I find fascinating is how you all think Trump walks around grabbing hoo haws as a matter of course. Bill Clinton sexually harassed and abused women; you could make a company training package on it using his exploits. Hillary Clinton actively attacked the women he abused. But she is the bastion of support for women, and Trump is a dangerous predator because he used a bad metaphor to describe how women dig guys with power (which btw is totally true).

 

I suppose the MSM is making this the equivalent of Romney's 47% moment. Unless they plan to suddenly find something worse.

 

Speaking of which, when cross-examining Trump in an objective manner, Anderson Cooper on multiple occasions pushed Trump to answer whether or not he had done or said something like this since that tape was made. I forget Trump's answer, but that smells like laying a trap. Let's see if another video emerges that is more recent.

I roll my eyes @ people who are trying to turn Trump's crude comments into sexual assault. Making a pass at a woman and getting shot down is now assault? He also said he can begin kissing them / grabbing them. Trump did not say he has actually done this in a case where it was unwelcome.

 

The man's a pig. If he were actually found guilty of sexual harassment or assault it wouldn't surprise me because of what we know about him. But to make the leap that this audio is evidence of actual assault is irresponsible and should be insulting to the people who have been assaulted.

Do I believe it? No. I think Hillary's marriage to Bill is a complete sham, she knew damn well the stories were true and deliberately attacked the credibility of his mistress / victims / whatever. But her story is at least plausible and not having any proof I have to admit there is some chance it's true. Just like I give Trump the benefit of the doubt that he's not a sexual predator despite what he said on audio.

He didn't say "they don't want him to" - he said he can get away with it cause he's famous. Which is probably to some extent true, assuming this is meant to be taken literally. I wouldn't be surprised if he had grabbed women in appropriately but I'm not convinced this clip is the smoking gun or evidence of anything we could call sexual assault.

 

We know Trump is a pig, that was evident before this 10-year-old audio clip turned up. Why people are acting surprised is a mystery to me.
