I really hate to say it

But I'm really liking HT draft as far as covering the bases go

No offense to 5-points and SUXBNME but it's an awful decade when people are picking 'the humpty dance' and 'you can't touch this'. They make ya laugh for a few seconds then it's over. They are the 90s equivalent to 70s disasters, 'disco duck' and 'convoy'.

The Humpty Dance is your chance to do the hump

Do the Humpty Hump, come on and do the Humpty Hump

Do the Humpty Hump, just watch me do the Humpty Hump

Do ya know what I'm doin', doin' the Humpty Hump

Do the Humpty Hump, do the Humpty Hump

What the ######?

For the record, 5-points and SUX picked a ton of quality 70s songs.

Orrrr maybe they just reached? I have no fewer than 75 bands left with better songs than those two.

Alrighty...I risked a few things when I took Poison at 3.01...I had a grouping of songs I wanted with 2 near the top...but all were pretty similar so I knew I wanted BBD in this draft and reached for them then. Happy that both of these next 2 fell to me.

90s again were defined by this style of music in a way...it brokeout during that decade...the move Singles was a great portrayal of the era...and this son is a great reflection of it...loved Alice in Chains and this song has always been one of my favorites.

4.18 Would?, Alice in Chains

Great pick, great song.

It's a fun dance song, nobody will accuse it to be a work of genius

It's hard to rank this decade for a lot of us. So I think people are more going for what they like and having fun with it.

5:07 Bulls on Parade - Rage Against The Machine

Great pick, was on my list.

Volty's pick

5.08 The Unforgiven, Metallica

This was my second choice for Metallica, and I'd have drafted it around this point. But then Enter Sandman was there so...

I'm sorry I couldn't understand you with that string hanging out of your mouf. :D

On a personal note, I could have handled the Sho situation better. You and Vikes jumped on me and it felt like brothers turning on me and I got a little buthurt. But I let things go pretty quickly. I've been over it for a while but have been waiting to use a couple of lines on you before we made up. Now come give me a snuggle my brother who's whiter than Carlton from Fresh Prince. I love ya.

I'm still waiting for my snuggle Skids.

No offense taken.

I've admitted that the 90's isn't my decade. I'm picking songs from groups that we're popping up around The Bay at the time. So far, all but Clapton have originated within 25-30 miles or so from where I grew up. These were local bands that, admittedly, we're more popular in my immediate area.

I have a couple more stops on my tour of the SF Bay Area 90's music scene. Then we'll take the tour on the road.

I think The humpty dance was a super fun song and a good pick... like I said nobody is saying its a classic work of art... And nobody is judging the 70's by play that funky music white boy which was drafted

5.10 Zombie - Cranberries

R.I.P. Dolores O'Riordan. This song gives me the chills, every time I listen to it. Her haunting voice, the melody, the powerfull lyrics. I also have very fond memomries of this being one of the first songs my daughter sang along with me while driving her to pre-school. As of January 2018, the video has over 680 million views on YouTube, and is one of the 200 most viewed videos on the site.
