Kanil 519 Posted November 1, 2018 I also voted no on anything that modified property rights. That's always shady as fock.
MDC 5,902 Posted November 1, 2018 Question on this... if the dems win slightly, what do you think the repubs will do? Will you have the same disdain if a GOP candidate pulls the same move? Filthy will complain about Dem cheating regardless. If the Dems win a seat it will be cause they cheated. If the Reps win it will be in spite of Dem cheating. Book it. Here in Georgia it's cut and dried who you have to vote for. The Dem (Stacy Abrams) wants illegal immigrants voting and raising taxes. F that.

Kanil 519 Posted November 1, 2018 I thought the Pot Tax was going to help pay for the schools? Pot tax is literally used for schools. It's used to maintain the buildings and grounds. Doesn't go towards any curriculum, teachers, etc..

Voltaire 4,567 Posted November 1, 2018 I thought the Pot Tax was going to help pay for the schools? Well, the way it worked in Michigan with lotteries was "the lottery money will go to schools." And sure enough, true to their word, it does. Then they cut the rest of the funding for schools that they had been using and redirect it elsewhere and so that it winds up that starting the lottery wound up not netting any new funding for schools. posty 2,296 Posted November 1, 2018 Only 3 Presidents didn’t lose seats at mid term elections. In 2010 GOP picked up 63 seats and took control of the house. Clinton lost 60+ seats Yep. And of course when Trump loses seats the MSM will call this a blue wave and the libiots will be saying it is all because of Trump...

I still can't believe that she owe the IRS over $50,000 in deferred tax payments and holds more than $170,000 in credit card and student loan debt and yet she thinks she can fix Georgia's economy... Westlake Center in Seattle is only a block away and sh1t always ends up there. That's where Bernie got overrun by the BLM ladies.

Voltaire 4,567 Posted November 2, 2018 As a white male I find it interesting that if a vote R I become a deplorable racist misogynist but if I vote D I am not. I use to fear those labels, we all should, but over the years seeing how they've weaponized it and use it to label all their political enemies, including ones who clerealy aren't, the ferociousness of the attacks have lost all meaning. Those words belong in the 1960s and earlier, there's very few (white) racists or misogynists today. Today's racism is directed at whites by people who freely toss around loaded words like 'patriarchy' and 'genderbinary' and 'heteronormative' and 'microagressions'. Fock them. RLLD 3,455 Posted November 2, 2018 Coverage-wise, I am now fully avoiding CNN, it has become intolerable. MSNBC all the sudden seems "normal", even Fox seems to be more watchable....the entire way in to work, listened to BBC, so many fascinating news reports to hear. If the Repub's maintain control I doubt we see much inertia on much of anything, I doubt they make any domestic changes of note. If the Dem's get some footing I think we see vengeful/vindictive actions for the next two years, nothing much from them other than investigations, obstructions, whining.... I guess all we really have to look forward to is the next presidential election, and just to be able to end the constant FOCKING CRYING I want Trump out.... JustinCharge 2,397 Posted November 3, 2018 A democrat polling firm started up a big survey that runs to election day and I got to do some calls on it. For this one, they ask your race / ethnicity. Every poll I've ever done lists white first (because most of the nation self-identifies as white) but this one lists it last and we have to read the entire list so we go "are you african american / black, latino / hispanic, chinese-american, japanese american, korean-american, etc, etc, and then finally we get to white and they say yes lol. Also, this is the first poll I've ever done where we are NOT allowed to assume gender. In every other poll, we are allowed to just guess and always do. But this time, no matter what people sound like over the phone, we must actually ask if they are male or female. I get quite a few laughs and shocked expressions when I ask that one. This is also the first one where I am required to ask if they are straight, homosexual, transgender, other. Really there is an other. This is a serious democrat polling firm. They aren't kidding. I could just hear the poll questions ALONE make democrat voters start to second-guess their decision lol. Some are like "hmm maybe the democrats really ARE nuts".
