Also a 35-foot continuous border wall like Trump has described is going to cost vastly more than $5 billion in construction, in addition to the legal mess of dealing with hundreds of property owners. This is an incredibly inefficient way to go about securing the border compared to a federal eVerify mandate or tracking down people who overstay their visas - 2/3rds or people here illegally. Also, wasnt Mexico supposed to pay for this?
