Yes I believe there were some deaths classified as covid that probably shouldn't have been.  But there were likely at home deaths that were covid that weren't counted.

Total deaths stats aren't BS and the increase vs. LY lines up almost exactly with the # of covid deaths (actually a little higher), so the numbers are pretty close at the end of the day.

I think his point is that none of the stats they're giving us are accurate.  If you can see that with one stat, like nursing home deaths, you should concede that other stats may not be accurate as well.  We shouldn't have to question the stats but our government has flat out lied so many times we have to start out being skeptical.

This is inaccurate because it assumes any increase in deaths compared to prior years is from Covid.  That is why using total deaths is not a good metric.
