Voltaire 4,567 Posted April 7, 2020 His playing days were before my time but he was in the broadcast booth serving as the color commentator for Tigers' games broadcast on TV, alongside George Kell, from my earliest memories up through joining the Army and coming back. He'd spent his whole long career as a Tiger and then another 20+ in the booth and then more, he'd held a front office job too after leaving the booth.
