Official independent fact checker here:
There seems to an awful lot of misinformation at the geek club recently. Let's clear that up!

>Trump is not the president of the US anymore.
False, Trump is still the president of the US. The president changes (or continues a second term) on January 20th every 4 years.

>Biden will be the president for the next 4 years.
False, on January 6th congress offically decides who will be the next president. It is still too early to tell who will be president for the next 4 years.

>The SCOTUS can't change the outcome of the election.
False. They have in the past (e.g. 2000).

>There was no fraud in the 2020 election.
False. There is fraud in every election.

>There was no systemic voter fraud.
False. Across the country there are clear statistical anomalies that indicate systemic voter fraud. In PA there is video evidence.

>The SCOTUS would have done something by now if there was systemic voter fraud.
False. The federal judicial system in the US is slow. E.g. in 2000, it took over a month after the election for the SCOTUS to make a decision.

>Mail-in voting is a secure form of voting.
False. Historically mail-in voting has been tied to voter fraud. Most developed countries have banned mail-in voting specifically because of voter fraud.

>Mainstream media is trustworthy.
False. Just because it's popular doesn't make it true (e.g. KCNA in NK).

>Systemic voter fraud is a conspiracy theory.
Mixture. Conspiracies also known as "coups d'état" happen yearly, often. "Theory" implies that there is no evidence for the conspiracy, which is not the case here.

>Systemic voter fraud is a conspiracy.
True. The 2020 voter fraud is an extension of the coup d'état that has been ongoing by the DNC for the last 4 years (e.g. Illegally spying on the trump campaign, the Russian hoax, impeachment, etc.).

>You can become a woman if you are born a man.
False. You can take estrogen and mutilate your genitals but that just makes you a freak, a masculine freak.

Why are you asking me?  I'm not a Dem and I didn't want Biden as President.  I don't know what he's going to get done.

I hope he's able to keep the economy going strong and keep unemployment down.  I'd like to see him come up with a good health care system that people can actually be proud having.  I'd like to see immigration under control but without wasting time and money on a wall.

You didnt vote for Biden? Thats odd after reading your posts for months.  Ok you are excluded.

So you want him to continue the success Trump was having with the market and jobs.  Your answer is very broad and foesnt really touch on any policy.  Yeah I hope my 401k thrives like it did under Trump as well.

Hope is great but that isnt the question.

Not liking Trump does not make one a Democrat or a Biden supporter.  Biden creeps me out.

Im asking the people here who voted Biden as to why they did or what policies they hope he implements.

If everyone here who voted Biden did so because they dont like Trumps face but dont even know what you like from Biden then just say it.  Thats fine.  We all understand Biden wasnt a popular candidate.  Otherwise im interested in what they are hoping is changed from the Trump administration.  What policies that Biden will bring are important.

False. They have in the past (e.g. 2000).

They can't change the outcome, they can only ensure the outcome is per the constitution.  If they change what is thought to be the outcome, then they have saved our Democracy, like they did in 2000.

I said it during the debates that our "debate" process is really just a Q&A with a moderator.  There is no debating.

I'd like to see a framework of each candidates major policies and how they plan to implement them.  From there, a real debate should happen.  The candidates share why they believe their policy is better,  they actually debate about the policies and can call each other out on how the policies will be implemented.  The American people can then make a decision on policies rather than blanket statements like, "I'm going to get rid of this.  I'm going to give you that.  I'm going to make life better for everyone."  I'm so sick of both sides saying they're going to do things that either can't be done or shouldn't be done because the cost is ridiculous, but no one ever actually calls them out on it.

That said, I think our debates should be significantly longer.  This is the highest position in our country and we spend what, 6 hours on them?  How crazy is that?  Realistically, we should spend a full week on it.  Instead, we have about a 6 hour Q&A session that no one really learns anything from.  About as stupid a process as I can imagine.

Would an actual debate process change outcomes?  Would the majority of the people actually care or pay attention?  Who knows.  Probably how we got to this point.  Maybe if we built up some excitement for it and gave people an extra couple days off of work to watch, they would.

They don’t care. Remember, these are the same lemmings that nod their heads to spoon fed propaganda like “mostly peaceful “ and “tiny fraction”.  They don’t have to try very hard to get them to go along. Think you’ll be able to convince them of something that might not go their way, despite evidence? No. They are very happy to be led around. Russia!

So many Trump supporters feel like thr election was fraudulent.  Biden is taking office.  The left didnt want to go through any process that they themselves have went through in other elections.

Yet I see no rioting from the right.  No one is burning things down.  No one is out there assaulting people for having a different view of politics.

Imagine that.

A day or 2 after election day I saw a video of a collection of Trump voters gathered and praying g at thr Arizona State Capitol.

Now lets take 1 step back and imagine really really hard how things would look if Trump won.   No not even a change in court.  Just a regular win like against Hillary.  Just imagine the outrage and destruction.

This is why I always call the left really dumb. It's not because I have any initial ill will towards them, it's the fact that these things are so blatantly obvious and they still just don't understand it all as they throw their rocks through windows and stand in front of cars in the streets. They are playing childish games that are destructive to this country. They vote personality over getting things done.

They can't even acknowledge the fact that those cities run by democrats for decades have fallen into becoming violent shltholes and they run on change yet they refuse to change them. The only change that hussein brought to the table was identity politics as he threw around the word 'hope' all over the place.

President's shouldn't be put in place to keep saying 'hope'. They should get stuff done and let the people judge for themselves if there is any hope in sight or not.

How many times did we hear the left over the past 4 years say that we need to let the people choose the solutions to the problems, not Trump? But the fact is, Trump won the election and he did everything he could to get things done for the people who voted for him. And his voters were satisfied with him for it.

The real question for average people, like us I think, is to what extent he honors his pact with the Sanders/Cortez camp.   He had to sign a deal with the devil(the socialists) to ensure they did not submarine him, so does he give in to THEM and to what extent.

It is clear that his cabinet selections are not making them happy. So how do they react?  Who controls the military wing of the Dem party, Biden or the socialists? We may find out sooner rather than later.

I’m also worried about schools.  The teacher’s union is poised to heavily influence policy, including a good chance that a union leader will be the Education Secretary. That puts charter schools at risk for defunding, and also influences how we handle funding during funding (less of a concern to me).  A good read that seems impartial on the impact to education:. https://www.chalkbeat.org/2020/11/17/21571346/teachers-unions-influence-biden-administration

He has that 1994 crime law named after him.  You know, the one that incarcerated all of the blacks, that the media didn’t discuss during the election.  From Wiki:

Quote

The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, commonly referred to as the 1994 Crime Bill,[1] the Clinton Crime Bill,[2] or the Biden Crime Law,[3] is an Act of Congress dealing with crime and law enforcement; it became law in 1994.

Gonna be funny when Biden puts a teachers union shill in charge of education and all those black people who voted for him see their charter schools diminished. It’s the number one issue as far as the teachers union is concerned. And like the rest of the coalition of freaks and grubs that supported Biden, they are claiming  they are the reason he won.

This.

My friends that are leftists voted mainly based on emotions; hatred of Trump, feelings based on things not being "fair" and income equality and all of that. Nearly every friend in this camp feels as though they were cheated out of something in life and/or entitled to something (usually "free" stuff or money). They rarely focus on how the opposition party created additional jobs, or that they were able to get work actually done. They are waiting for the govt to step in and "save" them, tell others how to act and what to say, and who to cater their businesses to, etc.

Therein lies the problem; they feel they are owed something.

A close friend of mine has gone off on how Bezos is just TOO rich and Biden should tax the shite out of him and other people/execs. I kind of want to ask her how she feels about Amazon execs being on Bidens transition team, not to mention larger banks and other execs from huge companies. He said he'd raise the corp tax rates. She doesn't see how that effects jobs and workers; just hears that larger companies and earners will be taxed more. This trickles down to people like her. I just don't know how to make her understand it.

If they raised the capital gains rates on individuals over a high threshold that would be much more effective than raising corporate taxes.  But she probably doesn’t know the difference. Or what the capital gains entails . Ask her.

I don't think creepy joe even knows what he's going to be told to do. He didn't run on anything in this election. None of the msm even asked him what he was running on. Actually, there is one thing. He ran on the chinese flu. Not by saying what would do it he had to deal with it, but rather just kept saying he would have saved tons of lives and handled it all better. But oh, that's in the past now. He's running on nothing so he has nothing to be held accountable for.

Biden has plans to improve healthcare, take better care of veterans, improve the education system and pay for educators, make changes to prevent climate change and numerous other things.  As for how he will do all of that, it's listed on his website.  I think his first priority is handling COVID which is also outlined on his website. https://joebiden.com/joes-vision/
