No one is really paying that much attention to him outside of the MAGA folks IMO.

And trying to capitalize on it with the garbage truck stunt (that tastelessly had American flags on it) has just made Trump look like even more of a buffoon.

Not sure that is true, it seems as though plenty of people are paying attention.
