Those responsible for wasting valuable resources which should have been used in fighting for real crimes like fentanol or human trafficking need to be fired.

Curious aboput the 1 million dollars of property damage.  I saw a few doors and windows broken.  I did not see much else. 1 Million seems like a lot for what I saw.  What damage did I not see or am I not taking into account?

 

I looked around and see much highere estimates of the damage.  30 to 40 million, mostly for restoration of historical statues and paintings which had resideue form chemical sprays used by police and from fire extinguishers discharged by the rioters.  One such article is from NPR.  I know some don't like that source, but there are other articles out there.
