But here's the problem- the first two things are I'm sure major components of it, especially during COVID times. But people ignore those things to focus on other things and then try to add in some more factors to try and make it some underhanded thing.

Looking at the area it seems there are plenty of other places they could go to.  I don't know the exact reason why this one was chosen.  There could be any number of reasons why.  It's really not that big of a deal but people are making it a huge deal.
