As a Republican, I'm supposed to hate anything related to PBS. But Frontline makes the best investigative reports on television. From the financial collapse of 2008 to Putin's War, they tackle the biggest stories and get interviews from the highest insiders. And they don't soften the footage.... when they did the Syrian civil war, they showed fighters shooting rocket launchers AND getting shot, lots of dead bodies in the streets. Brutal stuff.

And the 5 minutes or so on Donald Trump? Because it has anything negative about him, you throw the whole thing out. Wow.

No such attacks were ordered early in the conflict as Putin wanted to be seen as a liberator.  That delusion is now gone and since shelling cities is easier than actual fighting, this is the new strategy.  Russia will eventually win, but the cities will be giant piles of rubble.

It's the ring of fire technique. Come in from all sides and bomb the shlt out of everything, including the civilians, to ultimately demoralize them completely. It's a technique the Americans used on some parts of Germany in WW2.

The end result will be Ukraine isn’t joining NATO and neither will anyone else be that Putin says nyet to.  They’ll take one look at the rubble in Ukraine and say no thanks. And it was easily avoidable.

The only reason Putin didn't invade Ukraine before Biden was because Russia was getting what it wanted out of Clownzo, including a move toward the United States pulling out of NATO, and the current crisis underscores NATO's importance more than ever. Putin little by little has been grabbing back old Soviet Union turf and has surrounded himself with people who tell him what he wants to hear. 

Putin and Russia have been so paranoid about the United States and NATO but weren't so much when Clownzo was in power.

Clownzo punctuated this when he despicably called the invasion's early stages "genius."

Then he turned around and reversed himself - like he did on COVID - and likened the invasion to the Holocaust.
