Do you think it would be a land war through Mexico? Not sure how general public would factor in otherwise.

What was that old movie? Red Dawn? Russians coming in via parachutes or something? I can't remember if that was even an entertaining movie or not. I watched it probably like 15+ years after it came out and maybe we were drinking or something.

i dont know if you guys are aware of the history of russia.  several liberals keep asking the same questions so they probably forgot this as well.  so ill say it again.  every russian has had it drilled into their heads the horrors of communism and how it arose.  the radical left guilt-tripped everyone into surrendering their country.  rich elites thought they were safe by just giving them what they wanted.  and then they finally took the country and slaughtered millions.  every single russian lost family to that nightmare.

Ukraine doesn't have nukes as far as we know. They gave them up once they broke away from Russia, in hopes Russia wouldn't be a doosh and try to recreate the Soviet Union

nuking is the only logical play.  everyone agrees that russia badly loses a conventional war.  there is absolutely no way russia beats nato conventionally.  thats stupid as hell.  from the second russia entered ukraine, this was gonna be a nuclear war.

Putin has made many many many speeches over the past 15 years about the cultural threat.  Russia is a christian nation and views the West as degenerate because of acceptance of homosexuality, pedophilia, and mutilating children.  In Russia's view, this warrants a nuclear war with the US.  Putin has stated this as recently as the September 30th speech.   He wants that chunk of Ukraine as a cultural buffer between Russia and the West.  To Russia, to lose this war means all of that cultural rot enters Russia.  That means their children get raped and mutilated. 

They will absolutely focking nuke the US before losing this war.  There is NO bargaining anymore.  The FINAL bargaining they were willing to do was to work with President Trump.  Once Trump got voted out, it meant global thermonuclear war.

There is no cultural threat to Russia. The US doesn’t give a shite about changing their culture. While homosexuality has become widely accepted in the US there is absolutely no widespread acceptance of pedophilia and  mutilation of children. I understand Russia wanting Ukrainian but none of the rest of it makes any sense.

Looks like the current plan is that Putin will blame the West for the destruction of that billion dollar bridge to Crimea.  This gives him the ability to start attacking Western infrastructure with bombs and or cyberattacks with righteous furor in response.  NATO will either have to eat those attacks and submit to Putin or declare war.  And if its war, he will nuke everyone off the planet.   So its basically the same scenario where you either kneel or be nuked, just with a twist.
