I think one thing could be closer monitoring of teacher’s social media.   Not even talking about discussion of gay/trans people or whatever, but for example the profanity in that tweet from 4/6 is certainly not professional for a supposed teacher.  Although it’s not clear if he was actually a teacher or just a sub (however seems like this Philadelphia person was who is probably just as bad), but wouldn’t hurt to have similar checks for subs.

No clue how this guy’s social media accounts are still active.

There is a group of people here who say "Well explain how this means all people in a teacher group are pedophiles," or "What are they grooming them for in 1st grade" or "Isn't it a parent's choice to take their kid to a drag show even if I don't agree with it."
