But, every science book I've ever read defines Male as having a Y chromosome.  And he was XY, not even XXY, and the reason they stopped allowing him to compete.

I wasn’t a gender studies major but it looks like transgender is defined as someone who identifies with a gender that is different than what they were assigned at birth.  Semenya was assigned a female at birth.

Unlike others, she has a legitimate physical medical condition, not a mental delusion. Semenya isn't deliberately trying to cheat or trick us all into going along with her in pretending that what happens in her imagination is real.

Thank you.  That’s all I’m saying.  Again was really just a minor nitpick as I think her photo was only shown for a about a second, but perusing twitter I wasn’t the only one to notice.

Walsh definitely seemed like he did a lot of research, going to Africa as well as all over the country for the interviews.  The part about the Reimer twins was interesting too, I had heard about them but never read too much about it.

I would say a woman is any adult that says they are.  If a person comes up to me and tells me they are a woman, and they look like a traditional woman, then who am I to argue?  Why should I perform an exam to see if they fit my definition of what a woman is.  And vice versa, if some dude with a beard told me he was a woman, I'd laugh, roll my eyes, and walk away.  Why should I argue with the dude that he's not a woman.

So in the end, call yourself whatever you want, I really don't care.  I'm not about pushing my beliefs on other people.
