Couple things.  Not sure why your brought this up.  Minions is owned by universal, not Disney.  They didn't agree to change the movie, the Chinese govt changed it to promote their agenda.  Its an adult thing to do.

It's a movie that failed because it wasn't that good and for numerous other reasons.  It wasn't solely because of a kissing scene, that's just ignorant.  Disney and Disney+ are still doing just fine.  I don't know why some feel the need to push this narrative they have.

Lol.  They do well because they have good chicken and good customer service.  There may be a few people who are more loyal to them because of their values, but not nearly enough to make up for simply being closed on Sundays, and that’s not even taking into account the people that don’t frequent them because of their values.

I have a daughter who refuses to go there because they hate gays.  My other daughter doesn't want to go there, but the chicken is so tasty she looks past it.  I don't give a fock either way, I'll eat their food, but won't go out of my way to either get it or boycott.  I imagine post people are like me.
