Just a motion away, and so far I am unaware of a single motion requesting footage (by prosecution or defense) that was denied by a judge.

The footage of this guy being “peaceful” for 1 minute is NOT exculpatory in any way, shape, or form. We saw with the QAnon Furry that Tucker made claims which were quickly debunked - he was NOT “waved in” to the building by police.

If the lawyer was truly denied exculpatory evidence, he can file an appeal. He can also file complaints for prosecutorial and/or judicial misconduct. Which leads to the obvious question:
