As a child in elementary school we learned how to properly address an ernvelope and the proper form for a business letter.  We also learned paragraph structure and how to draft a theme or thesis.  These things are now more or less done for us by our word processing programs.  Seems to me it would be easy enough for Google and Microsoft add a Manifesto Template to their many existing templates.

To be more specific, the reward is that you get a like, or a retweet, or the assurance you're one of the good crackers.
