One things I also believe is that we shouldn't be promoting or celebrating this either. I think transgenderism - and LGBTQ in general - are a clear threat to the species. We're born with our biological organs for a reason - continuing the human race  LGBTQ is clearly a threat to that prime directive.  Also, the pleasure we get from that is a pleasant side-effect of that process but you weren't born with sex organs for pleasure's sake. 

Also, we can see now in 2023 the exploding numbers from this group and the videos of people pushing this (specifically, college professors telling students to "experiment" with it)  that is becoming learned behavior, not the "natural behavior" we were told it was.  We don't want our subsequent generations to think this is a choice - it's not.  These groups should remain extremely small in numbers because they are anomaly's of nature, and by pushing this and celebrating it and making it "victim" status you're confusing children into thinking it's normal.  It's not.

And above all, we should NOT be harming children, which is what transgender lobby wants to do.

Why do you play along? Biological males can't be women and biological women can't be males. It's fact, end of story. Fock respecting their fantasy, that's why things never get better if you're on this side of the culture war because there's always a weak repub bending a knee.

I think most of this is mental illness being propogated across social media. I think the big majority of youth are actually pretty stable and do not have this unfortunate malady. I still see plenty of kids who know how to have fun and do so without all of this stuff getting in the way. There is no shortage of girls who still like real men, and men who like real girls.

The mentally unstable tend to be the loudest, and get views so the media trots them out for ratings, but behind that is a very big portion of normal people.

The legislation requires children to participate in school activities based on the gender they were assigned at birth, from elementary school to college. Challenges could require them to undergo genital inspections, or require a birth certificate for proof of the child’s gender.

This is such a stupid take, my kids had to have birth certificates for all the sports they played. Travel soccer, basketball, baseball this list goes on. Physicals once in middle school. Same with me when I was a kid. Both my kids were\are college athletes, as was I. This stuff matters, keep focking boys out of female sports.

Here's the problem, non-athletic dipshlts who aren't impacted by this stuff think it's not a big deal. Welp, it is.

Different experiences and all.  I have never had to take out my kid's birth certificate for a sport.   He gets a physical every couple years, sure.   

We agree that biological boys shouldn't be in girls sports.  I can also agree with others that even having genital checks as an option is weird to have in there.   Birth certificate and physical/dr sign off should be sufficient.   BUT - that doesn't leave in an option for a spot check at an event by a pissed off coach or parent, which IMO is the reason it's in there, and IMO wrong if that's the case.

Parents need to take a stand. You don’t allow your kids to participate in a game that has boys playing with girls if it’s not co-Ed. Simple. You walk away, see you next game. Maybe. Actually Biden’s move does call for certain restrictions at a competitive level- high school and college. It’s following the recently imposed NCAA restrictions which in turn followed the international and Olympic imposed restrictions. 
 

As a result, this Biden decision is receiving as much pushback from the left and LGBT community as it is from the right. So extreme conservatives don’t like it and radical leftists don’t like it. Usually that means I’m going to like it, though at this point I don’t know all the details.

When I was 14 I was ready to work, but had to wait until I was 16 because of my state laws. I would’ve loved to have this option. I don’t know why you think this is anti-child it doesn’t force children to do anything. It gives children more options. This is pro children.
