So your concern is for women is..

1) facing increased competition in sports, that's somewhat fair I guess.  I'm not really supportive of men competing in womens sports

2) Taking scholorships?  I don't see that happen as there are lots of scholorships for lgbtq already

3) tranny's telling women how to use tampons?  That's dumb.  Women don't rely on trannies for that, come on.

4) Compete in life?  Not buying this really, doesn't make sense.

In the 60s, pre Stonewall, almost everyone would be in agreement that gay men and lesbians were suffering a mental illness (some still do, but they represent a distinct minority in this nation).

What happened was most people, starting with liberals, became more enlightened and tolerant about homosexuality and the majority of the rest of the nation eventually came around to this viewpoint, too. IMO that this will also happen in the future with the attitudes towards trans folks.

I think the people that actually "encourage" kids to change their gender are very very very small.  I certainly wouldn't encourage anyone to change their gender, but I also wouldn't attack degrade them if they wanted to.

No, liberals aren't saying that it's normal to make up your gender.  They, and a majority of psychologists and psychiatrists are saying that an individual has the freedom to determine their own gender identity and it is OK to do so if they wish.

I haven't really seen much, if any, of what I would call "encouragement of little kids" to change their gender but more along the lines of acceptance of those who already think of themselves with a different gender identity from which they were assigned at birth.

So I care about the tampon part. Because it does in fact affect my life, as well as every other menstruating woman out there. 

Showing that transgender females CAN use these is just not true. Transgender women do NOT menstruate, even IF they've had bottom surgery and have a "womb" or vagina. They might get symptoms of PMS due to hormones they take (sore breast, irritability, etc). But they will not have a menstrual flow that results in the need to use these products. 

These are already expensive. Tampons, pads, period underwear, menstrual cups, etc. Are all items that menstruating women NEED on a regular basis. With transfemales   purchasing these, the demand goes up; as will the price. Availability will go down; price goes up. Not to mention them actually USING these products (putting them in whatever hole they have, using pads on their underwear) will result in additional trash. 

It's just not necessary for people without periods to buy or market these products to that crowd. It would be akin to a transgender woman marketing the pads you wear in your bra when you breastfeed to prevent leaking onto clothing. They cannot breastfeed. 

Dylan has NO idea what it's like to have a period. He is not relatable to women who menstruate. It makes NO sense to have transgender females buy and "use" these products.

Transfemales playing sports on women's team is another issue and I am NOT a supporter of that. 

The Riley Gaines (?) Lia Thomas thing is just one issue. They tied, and they gave it to the transfemale for FACE. That's all. Riley worked her entire LIFE to get to that point. Lia Thomas was what, 500th or something and is now first? That's a HUGE slap to those girls/women who are in it every day from toddlers to adults. Why should girls/women even BOTHER to try in sports when a man/men can just start saying they're female and win everything? 

Like Dave Chappell said that Kaitlyn Jenner won female of the year. He'd been female for maybe a year at most and suddenly he's topped 50% of the population and made female of the year. 

HUGE slap to biological women everywhere.  

So when folks say it doesn't affect you, or society - yes it does. Moreso if you have a wife, a sister, a daughter. Even your own mother could be affected by this in some way.

She's not promoting tampon use among trans women, in fact she doesn't even say she uses them, and she's not endorsed by tampax.

Also your supply and demand hypothetical is really odd.  There aren't enough trans women to drive up demand, and certainly manufacturers can increase supply without it affecting price.

According to another video that Mulvaney posted, she does not have a partnership with Tampax. In response to the confusion, Mulvaney took to TikTok to clarify that the tampons are not for her personal use. She explained that while in a public restroom, a woman once asked her if she had any tampons, and since she didn’t, she decided to always carry them in case another woman needed them. She believes in women supporting women, and this is her small way of doing so.

Despite the backlash, Mulvaney has also had to defend herself against accusations of promoting Tampax, a feminine hygiene brand. She clarified that she has never worked with the company and has never made a dollar off of feminine hygiene products. The only interaction she had with Tampax was when they reportedly sent her a box of tampons in April 2022 to give to women in need.
