I do.  But it's even more laughable when someone acts smarter than everyone else and they "hope" to be able to retire at 65.  That's hilarious.

Not as hilarious as being a closeted, exposed homo.

That's all you boyo.

LMFAO

Yeah all this anecdotal data is great and all, but you can't argue with the data.

Yeah I know Bill Gates dropped out of college and some baristas have bachelor's degree in communication.  If you don't understand the data then you probably didn't go to college either.

True, but you need to go back and see who started painting with a broad brush because that's what the argument is against.

Pretty sure I was right about the small pen!s/ large rifle theory.

Let me add a second theory: if you’re someone who complains constantly about gay and trans people, if you encourage laws to stop them or restrict them, then it’s likely you have doubts about your own masculinity. In other words you’re probably gay yourself and your homophobia and transphobia is a form of self-denial and self- hatred. Real men aren’t threatened by the sexuality of others.

Why do you have to be smart in order to retire before 65?  Maybe he doesn't want to?  Maybe he had medical issues or had a bad investment?  Maybe he spent a lot of money on something?  Has kids.  Hardship?  Everyone's situations are different

He specifically said "average".  Not sure if you understand what that means.

That's not exactly what I said.  Words.  Probably shouldn't be making fun of people, and their success, when he hopes to cross the finish line in the back of the pack.

You're misinterpreting. I'm not kissing anyone's ass. I'm just disavowing association with you. I do not care about being accepted.

Of course there are.  The vast vast majority just stay tradies and eek out a living.

College is a much much surer road to success than stopping at graduating high school.

Facts not feels.

College is required for long term success if you decide to not start your own business or work a trade, but then we have to define success and on and on....

So lets find common ground.  College is a net "good" depending on what you study.  Even a tradesman would certainly benefit from some business courses.

If you are a dirtbag human then you are less likely to enjoy success, regardless of what you choose.  THE biggest factor in your success is in fact YOU....your decisions and how you manage your life.

That would make you a big-eared freak who has bedded one of the most masculine looking women in the world.  Still the wages and retirement plan seems sweet and the preferential box seats at sporting events would be nice if England had decent sporting events.

Try me. I'm willing to discuss foundational conservative ideology that I agree with. My biggest problems are not with policy, but with the party itself. Especially the people running it, and the incomprehensible subservience to one grossly incompetent, selfish, and divisive man.

I also hate the Democratic party; but to my eyes, in this moment, they are the lesser of two evils.

The Dangerous Rise Of Men Who Won’t Date “Woke” Women

....Did you hear that at the back, ladies? Laurence Fox – who you perhaps only knew as Billie Piper’s ex-husband because you’ve never seen Lewis (what?) – does not date "woke" women who he believes are being taught that they are "victims", irrespective of whether they are right or not...I could go over all the things he’s said; I could use data to prove how wrong he is; I could express concern for his mental health (after all, who really enjoys arguing on Twitter?); I could make jokes about his behaviour. But all of that would be to seriously miss the point. ....There’s nothing funny about the things Fox – or Wokey McWokeface as he now wants to be known – is saying. It’s also not particularly sad. It’s dangerous. He is just one very privileged man, and as a result of said privilege, has been given a platform. And he has used that platform to legitimise a bigger backlash against diversity and progress which is unfolding every single day in less public corners of the internet....

....Not wanting to date "woke" women, far from being laughable, is actually one of the more insidious aspects of it. Spend an afternoon on any major dating app and you’ll come across (generally white) men saying openly sexist and misogynistic things. They might say "no psychos" or that they " hate big eyebrows" in their bios. And, by and large, they also tend to hold extremely right-wing views and see themselves as victims of liberal thinking....The reactionary influence of these ideas doesn't stop at dating, though. As the campaign group Hope Not Hate reported last year, a hostility towards feminism is feeding directly into far-right movements online.....

....It doesn’t take magical thinking to see how men are radicalised by anti-feminism. As the saying goes: "When you’re used to privilege, equality feels like oppression."....The reactionary influence of these ideas doesn’t stop at dating, though. As the campaign group Hope Not Hate reported last year, a hostility towards feminism is feeding directly into far-right movements online. They found that a third of young British people today believe that feminism is marginalising or demonising men and warned that these beliefs were a "slip road" to other far-right ideas....

....Susan Faludi wrote about the link between violence, anger and anti-feminism prophetically in her book Backlash: The Undeclared War Against American Women back in 1991. Long before the turbulent times which have seen the rise to power of two male caricatures – Donald Trump to the office of US president and the accession of Boris Johnson as our prime minister – she warned: "When an attack on home soil causes cultural paroxysms that have nothing to do with the attack, when we respond to real threats to our nation by distrusting ourselves with imagined threats to femininity and family life, when we invest our leaders with a cartoon masculinity and require of them bluster in lieu of a capacity for rational calculation, and when we blame our frailty in ‘fifth column’ feminists – in short, when we base our security on a mythical male strength that can only increase itself against a mythical female weakness – we should know that we are exhibiting the symptoms of a lethal, albeit curable, cultural affliction...."

She (Vicky Spratt in the photo link) is an overeducated half-wit.  She (Vicky Spratt (not the pretty girl in the video)) looks like she's an anorexic as well.  She (Vicky Spratt) really tries to demonize men that are not left/liberal.

Brittney is my online crush. There is not a more perfect woman on the planet (except maybe her less outspoken sister, Nicole). I buy her books, subscribe to her channel, and have watched every video for the last six or seven year (meaning I've known her longer than her husband and saw how that courtship developed.)

Gotcha, you don't really want to understand that individuals are capable of independent thought and don't support every single thing that their preferred "side" does, thinks, or says. That definitely tracks with today's brand of "conservative."

Todays toxic male itinerary for the day.

Change oil in wife's and daughter's cars and wash them (the cars not my wife and daughter)

Cut grass

50 bags of fresh mulch in border of yard.  My wife wants the yard looking "finished" for the 4th of July

Replace showerhead in MIL's apartment and purchase and deliver to her the cannabis cream she uses for joint pain

Replace the ignitor on the grill.

Kayak and probably a bit of fishing while I am on the water, mostly working out today so more paddling than fishing.

Yes, I am retired

Because (A) they aren't, despite what RWM would have you think, and (B) Republicans fall all over themselves to use legislation to fight culture wars, which is literally ripping a page out of the authoritarian handbook. Not to mention the fawning over Trump, the very definition of a false idol, to speak in the parlance of the "christians" that sacrifice their integrity to vote for a criminal.
