What Are Your Bolling Egg Tricks ?

I am not sure what it’s called (egg cooker ? Steamer ?) but it’s a plug in ( sorry edger different kind of plug) appliance and add eggs and different levels of water to get different levels of cooked eggs - soft/hard. When water is evaporated- eggs are done. 
 

The shells practically fall off.

Are you describing an Instapot?  That's what we use; a cup of water, cook for 4 minutes, then put in ice water.  Shells come right off.  Older eggs help too.

Instant Pot just went bankrupt. Not sure how they managed to crash and burn so quickly.

Old trick I learned when was a cook. If thee sh.ell comes off easily, poke a la the hole on each end. Blow hard on the small hole. It pops right out.You just blew an egg to completion.😘
