What happens when Trump is Acquitted?

It is obvious the New York fraud case against Trump is itself a complete fraud.  Even with a rabid Trump-hating judge making absurd ruling after absurd ruling, and a rabid incompetent Trump-hating prosecutor constantly lying, there is little chance anything will come of this case.   

The banks have testified they were happy with the deals and made lots of money and Trump was never in default.  The banks have also said that they conservatively value properties and their opinions often lowers the values from Financials statements when making loan determinations.  There were no victims of this alledged crime and there are even experts who said Trump's financial statements had no errors and they even valued the properties much higher than Trump's estimates.   

Besides all that, most of the case fails because of statue of limitations.  Now I don't doubt this highly corrupt Trump-hating judge will find an excuse to convict Trump, there is zero chance it is upheld.   

All this does is prove Trump was a victim of malicious prosecution and is being deprived 1st Amendment rights by unconstitutional gag orders in the mist of an election.  More and more the left is being exposed as corrupt authoritarian bastards who massively abuse their power and are the enemy of all the values which made this country great.

1. The New York civil trial. Already found guilty. Only question is amount of punishment. 

2. New York criminal trial (Alvin Bragg). 60% chance of conviction. 

3. DC Jan 6 trial: 65% chance of conviction unless Mark Meadows testifies, then 80% chance. 

4. Classified docs trial: 95% chance of conviction- Trump has no defense to this one. 

5. Atlanta trial: 80% chance of conviction. 
 

Extremely unlikely he is acquitted of all of these.

Only if you believe the nonsense from the Trump-hating establishment media.  There is no chance the verdict in the New York civil trial holds up, much of it has already been thrown out.  None of those cases are nearly what you think they are.   Not that a conviction is an impossibility, especially at the lower court levels where these judges have no shame.  The tactics being used where lawyer-client privilege is simply ignored,  is eliminating the rights in the 5th Amendment.   At some point the cases will reach a level where the laws are upheld, even if it has to go the the US Supreme Court.  We are a Banana Republic.

Most of these trials have zero chance of concluding prior to the elections.   The ones which are being fast tracked are the most pathetic cases which will fail.  At which point the others become moot.

The verdict was decided before the trial started and none of the testimony matters and the trial is a farce They just need to put on a show, within how the legal process works, to get a judicial stamp for where they want to go.

At this level, yes.  This judge is the biggest partisan jackarse there is.  But he is so stupid, he is unable to control and hide his biases,  so his verdict will get tossed, probably even by liberal judges before it gets to the Supreme Court.

If you mean the latter, I suggest there will be alot of that....but it will take a long time.  I think all parties involved already know this.  The goal here is not about law, its about doing what ever it takes to eliminate a political opponent. Who cares if its all overturned on appeal later....

A crime he should be immune to.  The POTUS is emperor when it comes to controlling classified data.   And the President has rights in taking documents for his Presidential library.  The government can dispute it, but the offense is not criminal.  If anything, it is an administrative offense, which has administrative remedies.

Overturning the verdict leads to acquittal.  The civil case will be overturned before the election.
