Hes an ok coach.  Maybe a really good DC.  But something is missing with him.  

He has no input in Josh firing it downfield plenty of time.   Pick up first downs.  

But he falls flat as a coach.   A HC.

Josh Allen is the most exciting offensive player I have ever seen. But there seems to be an uneasiness between him and his HC. I think that last drive is the reason why. He gets big eyes in big spots.

I think Vick was way more exciting but whatever.   I don't think it has anything to do with the coach.  Josh is about Josh he doesn't even know what team means.
