jerryskids 5,206 Posted March 28 Probably Lord of the Rings (I know, it's a series not a book) including the Hobbit. At least twice, probably three times. Books I've read twice include Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett, The Source by James Michener, The Last Light of the Sun by Guy Gavriel Kay, Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, Animal Farm and 1984 by George Orwell, Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, the Chronicles of Narnia (another series) by C.S. Lewis, The Giver Series by Lois Lowry. Maybe DaVinci Code. I'm looking at books in my library as I type this so it makes it easy. Books striking me as "I should read that again" are An Instance of the Fingerpost by Iain Pears, and The Road by Cormac McCarthy.

thegeneral 1,414 Posted March 28 I don’t think I have re-read many books. Going through books I was supposed to have read but prolly cheated and did Cliff’s Notes. Animal Farm recently. That was very good considering when it was written. Read Grapes of Wrath a couple years back and liked that so went through most of Steinbeck’s stuff. seafoam1 1,879 Posted March 29 I read entertainment books over again more than history or whatever. Once I read something to learn something, then that is good enough unless it's serious complex. For entertainment like Grisham or Patterson or King or Koontz or Poe, I'll read those more than once or twice.
