Presidential Debate Tonight!

Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris will face off tonight in Philadelphia in their first presidential debate as the latest polls show the race for the White House remains tight with no clear leader. 

There will be no audience, the candidates’ microphones will be muted when it’s not their turn to speak and they will not be allowed to have notes.

 ABC’s debate live at 9 p.m. ET.

the muted mic part is obviously to keep Harris from getting rattled. Hopefully they mute her before she starts cackling too. 

The no notes part, if true, will play in Trumps favor as he is far more capable of speaking off the cuff (even if it rubs people the wrong way or gets off topic)

 

I hope that Trump plays it like he did his debate with Joe. Let Harris dig her own grave. If Trump could just learn that there is a time to be brash and bombastic and a time to zip it, he would win this election easily.

I hope Kamala memorized the positions that her handlers just put out, because it looks completely opposite to the positions she took when she was running for the Democratic nomination in 2020.  

Harris had brilliant ideas like defending ICE, elimination of detention facilities, and taxpayer funded gender transition surgeries for illegal immigrants.  She also favored legalization of all drugs for personal use.  The Harris campaign refuse to answer questions from CNN who inquired about these new positions.
