So the propaganda changes significantly depending on if his knee was on her back or neck?  And it certainly looked like her neck to me.  Sure, maybe he wasn’t putting all of his weight on her, but it’s still like a 250 pound dude doing that to like a 100 pound teenager  who was released without charges.

In that situation, the cops should back out and come back in six hours after the gunfire stops. Hopefully the active shooter has runs out of ammunition by then.
