No that theater has been a ghetto dollar store for probably 30 years or more. Which teamo ? There were and still are many of them all over the turnpike.

Funny - when Grease played at the Argo Theater in Elmont (mention in my OP) it was a coming home for one of the actors and his name was in the Marquee even though he was a smallish character- Grease starring …. Whatever his name was.

I thought there was one near St. Boniface but I haven’t been in Elmont at all in 25 years.

Does a school field trip count?  That would have been The Land Before Time.

Yeah Tpke and Westgate. Still there. Almost every “convenience” store not named 7/11 is a Teamo around here.

My dad used to take me there for a comic book after mass every Sunday. I still have all of them in a bin in the basement.

Not when it was first released. I guess they did a rerelease or something. Maybe when they broke up. But yeah I'm old. I turned 66 last month.

Second was Conan The Barbarian. Right before the nude scene, same two best friends,  ran up to the front to whack off. I just couldn’t. 😀

I love this movie. I remember my mom and I watching it.

Without my parents, double feature:

Adventures in Babysitting and Inner Space.

Went with a boy from school, so also kind of my "first date." I was 10. No, we didn't make out, but held hands the entire time, so our hands were all nasty and sweaty after.

Michael Tucci played Sonny and according to Wikipedia he graduated from same high school as me and my kids - I knew he was local but not until today did I know he went to same school
