TBayXXXVII 2,566 Posted Monday at 08:05 PM The federal government shouldn't be involved in personal contracts. I say remove same and opposite sex marriage from the governments purview. This would open the door to fixing a ton of other issues.

Marriage for the sake of knowing who the father of your kids is, or if you're the father of your kids is kind of obsolete with the introduction of paternity tests. Marriage is almost more of a business arrangement or partnership now, IMO.

EternalShinyAndChrome 4,199 Posted Monday at 09:53 PM If it gets overturned - good. The left has done this to themselves by promoting the degeneracy and perversion of these Rainbow Mob members. All one has to do go to a SF pride parade to see what the real agenda is. Also, going after kids severely hurt their cause. Grooming kids was the "+" in LGBTQ+.

From your link that you didn't read: Quote The U.S. Supreme Court is facing a choice about whether to take up a case filed by former Kentucky clerk Kim Davis urging the overturn its decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, the landmark case that guaranteed the right to same-sex marriage nationwide. Davis' attorney, Matthew Staver, told Newsweek he is optimistic the court will take the case. William Powell, the attorney who represented the couple that sued Davis, wrote in a statement provided to Newsweek he is "confident the Supreme Court will likewise agree that Davis's arguments do not merit further attention." Daniel Urman, law professor at Northeastern University, told Newsweek it is unlikely the Supreme Court would agree to overturn same-sex marriage. Lawyer for overturning it thinks SCOTUS will take it. Other lawyer doesn't. Law professor says it is unlikely to be overturned. Thanks for posting this nothing-burger which the leftist media provided as a butterfly to get you spun up, center-right guy. 2

Agree 100% But now later in life enjoying the financial benefits of the government being involved. I'd much rather get the government and incentives out of how many kids you decide to spit out. Magnitudes more beneficial.

Do you agree that Homosexuals should die?? - You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. - If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. - Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire. The paradox is that married women live shorter lives than single women. I WILL agree with you that there aren't many modern women, or men for that matter that are marriage material.
