There seems to be part of the question missing Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” an audience members asked. Kirk responded: “Too many.” Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” an audience members asked. Kirk responded: “Too many.” The questioner followed up: “Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?” “Counting or not counting gang violence?” Kirk asked. Videos posted to social media show Kirk speaking into a handheld microphone at the Sorensen Center courtyard at Utah Valley University in Orem. Kirk was seen sitting under a white tent emblazoned with the slogans, “The American Comeback” and “Prove Me Wrong.” A single shot rings out and Kirk reaches up with his hand as a large volume of blood gushes from the left side of his neck. Stunned spectators gasp and scream. Some run away. A person who was taken into custody at Utah Valley University was not the suspect, according to a person familiar with the investigation who was not authorized to speak publicly. It was not clear if authorities were still searching the campus for a suspect. As news of Kirk’s death spread, some shared his past statements about gun violence including recirculating this comment attributed to him: “I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It is rational.” https://www.al.com/news/2025/09/what-charlie-kirk-was-saying-moments-before-he-was-shot.html?outputType=amp

Maximum Overkill 2,265 Posted Wednesday at 11:42 PM How did they know the shot was made from 200 yards away if they don't know where the shooter was? And 200 yards is not a hard shot for anyone who spends time on a range. My 13 year old Daughter can blow a gnats head off at 200+ yards.

They have the time between the shot & impact & the shooter was spotted on a rooftop. And as we all know doing a thing under pressure is a totally different thing. jonnyutah 421 Posted Wednesday at 11:50 PM Leftists have categorized the dumbest things as hate speech for years. Have a problem with boys going in the girls bathroom? Hate speech. Want criminals locked up in jail? Hate speech. Want illegals booted out of the country? Hate speech. They take the absolute dumbest positions on things and then accuse the other aide of being the bad guys and wanting people dead. They make up things like trans genocide and pretend that white people are more dangerous to black people. They fake cry for drug addicted felons. They force us to spend an insane anount of money on the absolute worst students. They demand that you allow crazy homeless people to take a dump on the sidewalk in front of your business because it would be worse to force a crazy homeless sidewalk pooper to have to move away from your business. For every one of these positions, these crazy morons have convinced themselves that their position is righteous. Even now with Kirk you can find countless people saying that it is good that he is dead or that he deserved it. They are so delusional. We are seeing the results of their activism. They have no idea how badly the democrat party is going to get buried as people keep waking up to it. 1

Kirk's head was leaning forward and then right when he moved back and straightened up is when the bullet hit him. So the shooter may have fired for his head accurately and got his neck because he moved his head up to speak.

squistion 2,364 Posted Thursday at 12:05 AM https://x.com/CAgovernor/status/1965899170579202144 Governor Gavin Newsom @CAgovernor We should all feel a deep sense of grief and outrage at the terrible violence that took place in Utah today. Charlie Kirk's murder is sick and reprehensible, and our thoughts are with his family, children, and loved ones. I knew Charlie, and I admired his passion and commitment to debate. His senseless murder is a reminder of how important it is for all of us, across the political spectrum, to foster genuine discourse on issues that deeply affect us all without resorting to political violence. The best way to honor Charlie's memory is to continue his work: engage with each other, across ideology, through spirited discourse. In a democracy, ideas are tested through words and good-faith debate — never through violence. Honest disagreement makes us stronger; violence only drives us further apart and corrodes the values at the heart of this nation.
