Why was she trying to get away from the ice agent when she was trying to block him? If she really wanted to get away from him, she wouldn't have tried to block his path. Therefore the only logical conclusion is that she was planning a confrontation, then when presented with the opportunity to take out an agent, she most likely took it.

She wasn't trying to block them she waved them to go by, but they got out of the car and tried to grab her, so she fled, or tried to until getting 3 bullets in the head.

This is barely factual. Been several reports that she was one of the leaders of this caravan that I was following them around, causing problems, blocking traffic. Yes at some point, you’re going to get arrested…She chose to break more laws and ran and paid for it.

From the info we have though this wasn’t like an active bank robbery, they weren’t even arresting people at the time or whatever it is ICE does. They got stuck in the snow (good grief) and this lady was there maybe harassing them? 

I’d prefer a cop in this situation to not get to a scenario where he is shooting person in the face. That was very poor judgement on his part.
