I never use that word. Just like I don't use words like cracker or spick. Self defamation isn't really my thing. It's goes in tow, with being a civilized human. HTH.

Haha. I'm one of the nicest people here. I'm also one of the few people that think Zimmerman is guilty as all hell for murdering Martin (in a real sense, not judicial). You're too wrapped up in your retarded racism shtick to see that though.

I remember as a kid (maybe five or six) and finding out that it was inappropriate to say the word "n*gger" and being in complete shock because I'd never heard anyone use any other word when talking about black people. It didn't make sense, we didn't use it as an insult. I certainly hadn't meant any offense.

Kindergarten logic pehaps?

Anyways, usage soon died out and I haven't used it since.

Haha. Sounds like my grandma. She's from Carolina and still uses that word, with zero regard or hesitation.

She also says all sorts of random crap about Asians all the time. Now that I'm married to an Asian she always follows it up with a "but not you though md's wife". All Asians can't drive, except for my wife (who she's obviously never driven with, because she's horrible), etc.

We just write it all off to the dementia now.

Although innocent, he will get manslaughter.

Can thank the pathetically bias media and even the president for this injustice.

You don't think when the president says "If I had a son, he would have looked like Trayvon" carries weight in the media?

How many media members are on the jury? Is the President testifying, I thought he was in Africa?

The president can't get a non-controversial judicial appointment through the Senate but he can use his mental powers to convince a jury to vote how he wants without saying a word to them?

You have some proof that the jury members didn't watch the news about this case ?

Your hero used this tragedy to gain votes. It's how he rolls.

The chances of this guy getting a fair trial are slimmer than your nanny government letting you check out you tube.

Will you come here and admit you were wrong if Zimmerman gets a favorable ruling?

Sure ....no problem, never have a problem admitting i am wrong. This is all just speculation by all of us. All i am doing is pointing out reasons why this guy has a tough shot at getting a fair verdict.

i wanted to take a trip to st. lucia this year and decided to save money by getting rid of cable and internet at home. (saves me $100/mo)

i'm a bit out of touch but i've heard some things....

if you believe rachel's testimony that trayvon called zimmerman a "creepy cracker," then you must also believe rachel/trayvon when he said, "the nigga is still FOLLOWING me."

that means zimmerman is lying when he claims trayvon approached him and beat him up vs zimmerman approached trayvon and trayvon was defending himself against a stranger with a gun.

also, paula deen calling her employees ni99ers is not the same as trayvon speaking to his girlfriend about some random person.

ni99er = low life black person

ni99a = slang word for strange person (in this case)

So we are now to assume that Trayvon was on top of this guy because he had a gun? That does not seem very logical, or are we to now assume that Trayvon was a complete idiot?

So when Trayvon turns to this guy and asks why are you following me, that is not engaging Zimemmerman? Up to that point Zimmerman's only "crime" was following a suspicious person? Please....

The kid turned on Zimmerman because has was pissed off that a "white" man was following him, and the kid assumed it was because of his color, and decided to take it to "the man".

Being a stupid wannabe gangsta is no reason to be shot dead, otherwise our high schools might be empty. But the kid was stupid, he turned on a stranger in the dark and confronted him, and once he started beating the guy up, the guy defended himself.

Stupid = dead

Double-standards eh? How about we implement some other double-standards, or would such a notion seem unfair to you?

As I said from the start, this case will come down to one thing. Who was it that was screaming for help?

If it was as Zimmerman says, and the witnesses seem to agree ... he was being beaten up, nose broken, screaming for help, head being bashed in, and he pulled a gun, that was legal for him to carry, in that state, and shot the person that was attacking him ....

Sounds like about a perfect definition of self defense ... nevermind stand your ground.

Paris take you out to dump yet ?

Have you said anything insightful yet?

Nope...that's what I thought.

Go on crying and blaming the president for everything though...its what we are used to from you.

Closing argument for the defense should go something like this:

How badly, does Mr. Zimmerman have to be beaten, before he has a right to defend himself with the weapon he was legally carrying.? What if you owned a gun and one day there is an intruder in your house, and despite the fact you are armed there is a struggle and you shoot the intruder to defend yourself ... is that murder? I mean .... we need to rewrite the rules then ... because ... people need to know what kind of situation they face, if they are defending themselves. Legal, God fearing gun owners ... are going to have to take a second look at the law, if you find Zimmerman guilty. The ramifications of this decision ..

Opposing counsel: Objection. Leading.

Judge: Sustained.

Let me rephrase ... the jury needs to understand how important it is .... that they make an honest and just decision .... BASED ON THE LAW ... and not the fact, that some young man found himself in an altercation, where he attacked my client, who defended himself.

Jury finds: Innocent

Course, the defensive attorney is an idiot. If I was Zimmerman, I would have already fired him.

I love when GFIAFP acts as if he has any clue about legal proceedings and the law.

Let's see ... my grandfather was an attorney, as was my father, also a law prof, my sister is an attorney, my dead brother was an attorney .... and I'm the smart one.

So .... you do the math.

No ... I have 2 other sisters. My father convinced myself and at least one of my sisters not to go to law school.

Kinda always an option though ... we have the right kinda brains, could just test right in. Personally, I'd rather not spend the rest of my life arguing with people I don;t even know.

So, despite being near homeless and out of options, and having the brains to be a lawyer, you just don't like the sound of that?

There was a time, a long time ago ... but my father, who taught constitutional law and civil procedure, convinced me that being a lawyer was a miserable profession. He tried to convince my brother too, but he wouldn't listen .... and we all know how that turned out.
