5Year1 23 Posted November 20, 2013 Romo Gore CJ Murray A.Brown AJ Green Dez VJAX Reed Stream D's standard ppr.... I just thought this was a decent team. Apparently it sucks !! Mine is two QB and PPR and doesn't even compare. QBs:Romo, Kaep and Fitzpatrick( lost Vick and Cutler to injury) RBs: MJD, Andre Brown, Leveon Bell, Woodhead, Ellington and Vereen (lost David Wilson and Doug Martin) WRs; Nelson, Garcon, Jeffery, Douglas, Dobson and Kearse. TE: Cameron Only 4 ( if you include Andre Brown) top tier players on this team. The team is only 1 game out of the playoffs and had real bad luck last week. Other guy picked up Cassel as his 2nd QB even though Ponder started. Cassel came in at garbage time and threw a late TD. My WR Kearse went out early with a concussion and got zero. I lost by 5 points which was the garbage TD.
ffexpert 4 Posted November 20, 2013 no but my 4-7 team can.. 12 team league QB: Foles...or cutler, or Kapernik WR: Dez WR: Demaryius Thomas WR: Cruz...or Josh Godron, or Kendall Wright RB: Mccoy RB: Andre Brown...or Giovanni Bernard, or DMAC TE: Gronk
Sho Nuff 720 Posted November 20, 2013 Romo (Foles now too) Dez Boykin K. Wright L. Bell Forte flex Tate (Sproles) Gonzo Vinatieri Stream (currently on Buffalo/Balt rotation) Was better when I had Wayne at WR2...have Douglas and Wallace on the bench too. In 8th out of 12 right now. 4th highest scoring team in the league and only a few points behind #3. Given up over 100 points more on the year than any other team though. Combo of some bad choices here and there...Wayne's injury...and luck of the schedule. It happens. Still close enough I can make the playoffs though and hopefully do some damage. stonewall 647 Posted November 21, 2013 Nearly every season, one or two of my teams end up in top 2 or 3 scoring yet with a poor record, sometimes missing the playoffs completely, due to a unlucky schedule. Besides the disappointment of losing an investment if it is a cash league, I don't bang my head against the wall because of it, for it is a factor that you can't control.....and everybody else in the league knows it as well.
