The Moz 69 Posted November 22, 2014 New England and Green Bay have both found Defense again . New England seems to be going back to the same formula that won them 3 superbowls - a Decent ground game , efficient passing game, good against the run and hard hitting secondary. Green Bay with Rodgers and nice WR's usually have a good offense - same this year. But this year Green Bay has a decent defense as well as opposed to the swiss cheese it's had the last few years. Even if Palmer was playing I still do not think Zona is as good as their record. AS Long as New England can avoid having to go to Denver in the playoffs I do not think there is a team that can beat them. IMO this year will be one of the best Super bowls in a long time as far as match ups... If it indeed ends up Green Bay - New England which I think it will. Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted November 22, 2014 Not going very far out on that limb This. Week 12 with them both looking very much like the #1 seeds respectively in their Conferences. Calling it now......................I'm going to be drunk Turkey day on either beer or gravy. Moving on.....................

n_omarley 11 Posted November 22, 2014 To be fair, GB would be a wild card team right now. That doesn't change the fact that the original post was lame though.

jerryskids 6,601 Posted November 23, 2014 I'd like to see the GB passing attack vs the AZ secondary in the NFC championship game. In AZ where they rarely lose. They had some great battles a few years ago in the Warner Era. This would be different, but still epic. I don't want to jinx my Cards so I'll go with the mob here and say the Packers win. Antiramie 50 Posted November 23, 2014 AZ vs MIA. how's that for going out on a limb?... For a bolder prediction, I like this one a lot. Both teams are vastly underrated.
tigeru 65 Posted November 23, 2014 Is it the Bucs who could get in with 5 wins? I heard the discussion. A team gets hot. In that division it's got to be Saints though with home playoff game then over rested bye team.
tigeru 65 Posted November 23, 2014 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/11/20/a-five-win-nfc-south-champion-is-a-real-possibility/ Panthers could with 5 wins geez.
Reality 3,118 Posted November 23, 2014 GB needs to prove they can beat good teams first. Strength of Victory is 11th in the conference. Strength of Schedule is 13th in the conference. Quite simply, they don't play many good teams and when they do they don't beat them.
