Your Favorite Hot Sauce

Recommended Posts

What you got? It all depends on what I'm eating that determines what hot sauce I use but most of the time I like Cholula

I'm kind of a pvssy when it comes to hot sauce and I don't care who knows it. My favorite is probably Frank's because it's pretty mild.

Now if there's an actual reason I will go hotter but I'm not one of those focktards that makes all food taste the same by dousing it in sriracha or the like

I like hot but Amen about the focktards eating that super hot crap that has nothing but heat.

For Etoufee, gumbo, jambalaya I like old school Tabasco.

Asian I like Sriracha.

I like Cholula for other things.

Sriracha mixed with mayo makes a great spread for a grilled chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese.

SRIRACHA!

Side note: saw an Asian airmen yesterday who's last name was sriracha.

But like others were saying, yea I'm not a fan of the sauce being nothin but heat. If there's no flavor to it then it's worthless. Might as well just put pure capsaicin on your food.

My brother in laws restaurant hot sauce is pretty good. The Carolina wings brand he came out with. I usually put that on a lot of stuff that isn't Mexican. Cholula is what I use for Mexican dishes

I havent tried that sriracha mayo yet but im sure it has like 1000 chemicals in it to bind. Rather just mix the two myself.

I pitched my bottle. I love kani salad and tried to use the pre made stuff. It sucked to me.

All waiters standard hourly wage is like that. That doesn't include tips.

Damn, in california min wage is min wage, even waiters get their 8-9 and hour. I cant imagine a place that cuts hourly to 2 bucks before tips.

Tabasco Habanero

That and their Chipotle is good...decent heat and adds some good flavor to things.

This or Franks and Sriracha are great.

Depends if I want that smokey/soutwestern type heat or something else.
