titans&bucs&bearsohmy! 2,745 Posted July 5, 2016 Tropicana is meh at best. Watched them today. That carpet is the suck. When I lived there, you could get tickets anywhere. I mean they would give them away at gas stations. Nobody wanted to go.
Cruzer 1,996 Posted July 5, 2016 And the tailspin continues - in full motion now. But we all knew it was coming here. You can't have 3 of your 5 starters on the DL and expect to keep you head above water. And you can't expect to win sending 3 Double A pitchers to the hump every week. I wish I would've known they just give them away. Spent 100$ on two tickets. Oh well, it was a fun experience.

I mean they would give them away at gas stations. Nobody wanted to go. Fock! I wish I would've known they just give them away. Spent 100$ on two tickets. Oh well, it was a fun experience. We used to hit up the really cheap Tuesday games. They were for the beach like area on the third deck near the Hooters stand. Saw Gooden pitch there...that's how long ago it was. Last time I went to a game was to see the Marlins play the Rays. My BIL was renting an apartment behind the stadium at the time so it was real convenient. We drank at his place until game time, went to the game, Rays walked off, and then we went to Fergs to drink some more. Overall fun experience when you don't have to drive back to Tampa after the game.
crackattack 520 Posted July 5, 2016 Indians 10-0 against the Tigers. 11-0 after tonight the Tigers are due.............maybe.
cmh6476 1,154 Posted July 5, 2016 we suck Seriously, for us to have any chance we gotta have Duffy, Ventura, Volquez and Kennedy being as good as they can be consistently, and then we have to find another #5 option that is not Chris Young or Dillon Gee. Maybe Medlen, but even then they need a stronger arm to lead this rotation.

Frank M 181 Posted July 6, 2016 The Indians seem to attract the dumbest umpires to their games. I was at the game last night. The umpires didn't have anything to do with the twelve hits the Indians had last night. I don't know who the right fielder for Detroit is, but the Indians abused the sh1t out of him last night. Cruzer 1,996 Posted July 6, 2016 In addition to most of our starting rotation being on the DL, we are being drained by the schedule.. Any other teams going thru this? We had a stretch of 20 games in a row, a day off, back out for 10 more in a row. Ttalk about a grind.

shotsup 836 Posted July 6, 2016 I guess Wilmer Flores is not ready to give up his job to wife beater Jose Reyes just yet. 6-6 with 2 HRs Sunday and today in the 4th inning 2-2 with 2 HRs. Who is this guy ???
CantTouchThis 23 Posted July 6, 2016 I think the Tigers have broken through that mental block called Cleveland. They desperately needed to leave town with that first win. They still lost the series, but that was definitely a big win. You could tell Nick was especially frustrated and he really came through. Still....1-11 . That's just insane. Even if the series were tied 6-6, the Tigers would only be a half game back right now.
