TimmySmith 2,782 Posted August 3, 2016 Deflection then protection. Once again, due to the fact that he has been handed everything, he has no respect for any process. Like calling Trayvon his son in the middle of the investigation. Thank goodness the American people tend to flee from his power of suggestion.

Willis McGahee's Dentist 61 Posted August 3, 2016 I know you ladies love him, but the current one is pretty friggin horrible. 50% approval rating. Bush was at 25% at this point in his tenure. Suck on that a while.
Willis McGahee's Dentist 61 Posted August 3, 2016 One good f-up on her part wipes that out. She doesn't give interviews. She just lets Trump keep screwing himself. It's a brilliant campaign strategy when your opponent is so stupid and can't get out of his own way.

She did a long in-depth interview with Chris Wallace/Fox just a few days ago.

mobb_deep 920 Posted August 3, 2016 Whenever I question how somebody could support someone so clearly inept, I remember this quote, "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, okay, and I wouldn't lose any voters, okay?" - Trump
Willis McGahee's Dentist 61 Posted August 3, 2016 They both lie. Ya heard? Yeah, as a Drumpf supporter, you should probably just take the word 'lie' out of your vocabulary until November. Frank M 181 Posted August 3, 2016 interesting http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/senior-gop-officials-exploring-options-trump-drops/story?id=41089609 I saw that. What a clusterfock that would be. We've seen a lot in the last couple of decades of presidential elections. Gore losing despite winning the popular vote, a black president, the first woman as the nominee of a major party. Trump resigning would top them all.

Willis McGahee's Dentist 61 Posted August 3, 2016 why would he drop out, he s in striking distance He's losing ground though. I can see a scenario where he realizes he's going to lose and is frustrated that the GOP big wigs aren't supporting him, so he drops out to screw the party. It would be huge headlines for him plus he'd lose on his own terms and not by an election.

wiffleball 4,790 Posted August 3, 2016 You have to think not only the pressure on the RNC from major donors, but the pressure on congressional leadership from NATO et al has got to be getting higher and higher every damn day. Not to mention all the businesses standing to get hurt if NAFTA/TPP are at risk Foreseeable for the RNC to quietly guarantee Trump a complete compensation of every dollar spent to date if he takes his talents to South Beach,

hoytdwow 202 Posted August 3, 2016 GOP reaches ‘new level of panic’ over Trump’s candidacy The Republican Party was in turmoil again Wednesday as party leaders, strategists and donors voiced increasing alarm about the flailing state of Donald Trump’s candidacy and fears that the presidential nominee was damaging the party with an extraordinary week of self-inflicted mistakes, gratuitous attacks and missed opportunities. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus was described as “very frustrated” and stressed by Trump’s behavior over the past week, having run out of excuses to make on the nominee’s behalf with donors and other party leaders, according to multiple people familiar with the events. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/gop-reaches-new-level-of-panic-over-trumps-candidacy/2016/08/03/de461880-5988-11e6-831d-0324760ca856_story.html?hpid=hp_rhp-top-table-main_gop-120pm%3Ahomepage%2Fstory

Not to mention all the businesses standing to get hurt if NAFTA/TPP are at risk Foreseeable for the RNC to quietly guarantee Trump a complete compensation of every dollar spent to date if he takes his talents to South Beach, What we're seeing now are politicians not wanting to be tied too closely to Trump. Mike Pence is finished after this election. Unless he out-and-out calls Trump to the carpet and critics his ignorance. Paul Ryan has a bright future and knows exactly what he's doing in staying at arm's distance from Trump. In a short time, Donald Trump is going to be a punch line in American politics. And all these guys know it. Nobody wants to come across as a real supporter.
hoytdwow 202 Posted August 3, 2016 its called the entire 2016 presidential race. Both sides equally pathetic See, now that right there. Why do you just say both campaigns suck? Hillary is running a standard political campaign. Her past problems with the Benghazi and the emails etc. aren't her campaign's fault. You can say it's boring, or that she's a crappy candidate. But her campaign is sound and her party is behind her. Trump is making daily blunders. I mean, dude. He refused to endorse some guy, but then his focking running mate did endorse the guy. He has major GOP figures chastising him daily, standard GOP fundraisers want nothing to do with him, etc.
