BREAKING NEWS: Russia has sought to interfere with every presidential election since the 1960s. You know you have nothing when you make things up. My post never equated the two things. Also the prelim reporting is more in depth than just claiming theybtried these measures. And my post with that story was more about the few here who still claim it wasnt Russia and they didnt do anythjng at all. I have always contended the entire Russian Collusion story was utter garbage but I didn't realize just how encompassing it truly was. You, Newbs and others laughed it off that most of the I.C. would have to be in on it, etc...........well turns out they were. At this point, you're the ONLY one hanging on desperately to the Russian Collusion angle. Hell, even when the Russian Oligarch was approach by the FBI in 2016 (prior to Carter Page FISA) he laughed at them. Turns out they were trying to get him to cooperate with them implicate Manafort. It's truly laughable that you won't even admit the FBI/DOJ/CIA/DNI were operating together against Trump and associates. There's now a focking mountain of evidence indicating as such per THE DOJ I.G. This was used to initiate a FISA warrant application. Strzok texts his lover/colleague shortly after that there is an "insurance policy". You can dress that up with all the conspiracy you want, but facts are facts. If this Oligarch was involved why wasn't he indicted along with the other Russians? Answer......Mueller can't take the chance of this guy showing up and talking; especially about Mueller's previous dealings. Discovery on ANY charges represent a nightmarish landmine field for Mueller Team. They have to turn over everything and if they find evidence that Mueller knows about related crimes that point at Dems yet tries covering it up, he's focked.
