Hardcore troubadour 12,799 Posted September 13, 2019 I like the title: Robbery victim targeted for cell phone". Yeah, that's all it was about. I watched one of those nature documentaries years back, where they showed these chimpanzees and how they hunted a monkey up in the jungle canopy. The chimps would all chase the monkey, each of them inflicting some damage on it and then letting it go, catching it again and doing the same. This went on for a while until the monkey couldn't move anymore. Then they all swooped in and tore it limb from limb, cracking open its skull and eating the brain. That must have been 25 years ago. This reminded me of that.

How many times have you been robbed by a black person vs the encounters that were benign? Just because you see robberies in the media doesn't mean most are out to get you. Every single day I pass by black security guards, black cashiers, black cooks, black secretaries, black police men, black bus drivers, black students, black construction workers, black gym coaches, black electricians, black UPS/FedEx men, black firemen, black teachers, black nurses, black janitors, black dentists, black gasoline service workers, black auto technicians, black ministers.....I mean, overall, if you think about your encounters, black people aren't running around beating up people. I'm not saying ignore your gut and the news, but try not to think black people are just a group of thugs with a few exceptions that are law abiding.

I don't believe that because there are black criminals that means that blacks shouldn't own guns. White people are allowed to own guns and they have been shown to shoot up and kill innocent children, concert and club goers, church people.... Should I make blanket statements about white people because some of them are mass murderers?
