Jerry and I go after each other all the time. But we're both Pennsylvania boys and I've dated a couple of women from his county. We've talked about working out over the years and I believe he's a good guy. The White House has daily rapid testing. Three staffers have tested positive in the last two days. If it's this hard to keep it out of the most secure place in the country, imagine what will happen in many workplaces if we just open carelessly.  No one else is given the testing capabilities that the White House gives itself.

Ummm.  I am not sure if you know this, but Trump was for the stay at home orders.  Same with the guidelines for opening.  People were on board with what he was saying.  The problem is that some states are ignoring those guidelines and people are not sure whether that is wise.

Nursing homes residents are definitely the most difficult people to protect. They are all trapped in a building. Impossible to safely distance from one another. The spread of the virus totally understandable. The high amount of deaths is obviously the result of their age and condition. Meat packaging plants have the same problem as far as isolating. They are stuck in a building and have no ability to distance from each other.  Fortunately, they are of a younger age so the death rate isn't nearly as high. Although the infection rate is out of control.  Both are great examples of what happens if measures aren't put into place to allow distancing at the workplace.

He's a TV president. When he is protected by a majority Senate and wingman AG, he's a big man. He tried leading during this crisis too. Up until a few weeks ago. Once he realized the virus couldn't be bullied, didn't care what he tweeted, and can't be threatened with a primary opponent, he ran for the hills. He has totally washed his hands of any decision making that he might be held accountable for.  If too many people die, he will blame the governors. If States go bankrupt, he will blame the governors.
