This is the fear.  I've booked and cancelled several international trips over the fear that I or someone in my family would test positive and get stuck in a hotel room for 2 weeks.  Not leaving the country until all the BS is over.

Well, it does, with varying degrees of success across multiple data points.  Everyone in my family got vaxed, when I got covid, I didn't isolate, nobody else got sick.

Definitely seems to be a role of the dice.  I got COVID in May of 2020.  Didn't even know I had it and was around 20 people (mostly outside).  Shared a bed with my wife.  Was around my kids indoors.  At that time, tests weren't abundant, so everyone was told to isolate and monitor for symptoms.  No one else got it, or if they did, they were asymptomatic.

I thought biden set a date or something. I can't remember when that was, but at the time it was like a month out from that point. Maybe it's next month. 

I saw a guy get out of his car at the grocery store yesterday. He looked maybe 40, and not overweight or anything. He was wearing a mask in his car alone. This government put so much fear into people, it's alarming.

Trump had it right, calm down, we will deal with this as we go.

This is only referring to the “CDC data tracker,” which has always had a discrepancy vs the more accurate NCHS dashboard.  In fact the NCHS dashboard has a higher number for all ages except kids, so there still seems to be an issue there.
