I don't agree with her politically, but she does a good job bringing an historical context to current events. Plus, I've never seen her put out blatantly false information like Cucker and Fox have done. Her podcast on the rise of fascism in United States during the 1930s is pretty great.

I'm hoping these moves by Fox and CNN are a course correction that will lead to more balanced, facts-based, unbiased news.

Maddow doing her own thing is a product of her doing something different with her career, but MSNBC pulls her back in it feels current events warrant it. Her podcasts have real, fact-based journalism. Again, I don't align with her politically, but I'm not going to dismiss someone for that. I view and read as much as I can on both sides of the political spectrum.

Tucker, Lemon and Cuomo have been bad infotainers, not to mention deeply flawed human beings.

As far as I know, 'cult' was always associated with small groups with extremist religious-esque type views towards a person or object that generally are thought to be weird or crazy by the general population.

'Cult classic' is kind of a play on words related to the movie fan base more so than being something similar to the Branch Davidians. Kind of like using the description of someone's character having a 'sharp wit', or a 'cheesy sense of humor'. 

When liberals like pimpledoosh use the word 'cult' as it relates to politics, they mean it as a far off religious type cult following, not a word to say a group watches that guy's show once in a while and agrees with what his point of view as it relates to politics more often than not.
