Also, evidence is presented in a court of law, not in the court of public opinion. Nobody in their right mind presents their evidence, if they have it, before they have to. There have been plenty of accusations and circumstantial evidence to back up those accusations. 

That said, I haven't seen any concrete, factual evidence that proves anything, yet. If this goes to the SCOTUS, they need to bring something other than accusations and circumstantial evidence.

I assume you're saying this because you don't know how criminal investigations work.  After working in criminal investigations units at state and local level, I can tell you that the FBI doesn't want to take on any investigations.  They will assist local and state with resources, but they certainly don't want to lead much of anything.  For a special agent to reach out and request data is nothing small. The fact is that reasonable suspicion of widespread criminal activity has been reached.

I actually spent election night 2016 laughing my ass off as one state after another went for Trump and laughing my ass off at those videos of those crying over the Clinton loss. The Democrats were so sure they were going to win. I haven't spent one second being bitter or whining about the 2016 election.
