You DO understand the different levels of evidence, correct?  Let me make it easy for you.  Think of the OJ Simpson trial.  Simpson was acquitted in criminal court.  But in civil court, Simpson was found liable for the murders.  The current evidence can bring a judgement against these states in civil court.  Of course, the state legislatures might just make Trump the winner, too.  That doesn't happen in a court at all.  Evidence is not required in that scenario.

Thats the most bizarre thing.  I'm sure there will be Republicans caught up in this fraud too.  Its almost if Democrats justify cheating if, in the end, they perceive they have won a moral victory.  In this case, Trump losing.  OTOH, Republicans are more than willing to expose everything, even if the result shows that some Rs cheated.  It really comes down to Dems being hypocritical POSs that lie, cheat, and steal while accusing others of it.

5. Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates despite the massive expansion of mail voting. Such is Biden’s narrow margin that, as political analyst Robert Barnes observes, ‘If the states simply imposed the same absentee ballot rejection rate as recent cycles, then Trump wins the election’

6. Missing votes. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing

7. Non-resident voters. Matt Braynard’s Voter Integrity Project estimates that 20,312 people who no longer met residency requirements cast ballots in Georgia. Biden’s margin is 12,670 votes

8. Serious ‘chain of custody’ breakdowns. Invalid residential addresses. Record numbers of dead people voting. Ballots in pristine condition without creases, that is, they had not been mailed in envelopes as required by law

9. Statistical anomalies. In Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89 percent of the votes counted. For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95 percent margin in every single batch. It is particularly perplexing that all statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were in Biden’s favor. Clearly something peculiar happened.

What is relatively interesting is that this is the same perception conservatives hold about liberals.....not sure who is  more correct. I think it might that its true for both ideologies.

I don’t really buy that. When did Republicans ever claim massive voter fraud? Only when Trump tweeted about it. Whatever he tweets, they believe. It is a classic cult of personality. What happened to Republicans? They held opposing views on policy compared to liberals,, but they weren’t off the deep end believing conspiracy theories.

You have to look at what you did wrong and try and win the next one. Biden campaigned in the close states that Hillary ignored. He campaigned farther to the right than she did to attract moderate voters. Trump went all in on what worked for him in 2016 - appealing to his base. The Biden strategy worked; Trump didn’t adjust his 2016 strategy, so he lost. In 2024, Republicans will need a new candidate and a new strategy and I imagine reaching out to moderates will have to be front and center.

Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobacher and others went on record about the machines last year. John Oliver did  a segment on them. PBS did a story on them on Oct 26 of this year. Are they right wingers too?

There's a hard ceiling of when the electoral college meets in mid-December. These dubious ballot drops that were conducted with election observers barred from observing will need clarification and investigation before then. Hopefully we'll see President Trump have some momentum and court rulings by then that give auditors access to the ballots and security folders to clean things up properly.
