Well, first of all, skateboard dummy and dropkick doosh were there specifically to cause trouble. They and their friends were looting and rioting. So if one of their friends got shot, he most likely deserved it. You can't feign indignation and outrage when you're in the wrong. 

Secondly, if you find yourself in a similar situation, get the hell out. If you can't get the hell out, do your best to avoid the shooter. If you can't avoid the shooter violence of action is your only option. Hit hard, hit fast then run like hell.

Articles I read said he made videos on his phone. They did not mention he posted them to any social media. The school also met with the kid and his parents that very morning.

Olbermann went to an Ivy League school and doesn’t know what it means. It’s just one of those words that most people don’t know the real meaning of  and ideologues use it to conjure up imagines of a dictator like Mussolini. The problem I have is the gun isn’t the root cause problem in and of itself.  It’s a ‘means’ by which a person uses.  The root cause is whatever is going on in said persons head.  
 

If all guns were gone a crazy would light a full school bus on fire, or make a bomb out of a crockpot, or drive an SUV through a parade instead.

What is sort of interesting is that this kid is a hero, and not really unlike Kyle Rittenhouse, both kid are actual heroes; albeit for slightly differing reasons.

"1 in a million" isn't exactly accurate when the US averages 300+ people shot and 100+ killed - EVERY DAY. 

I get your point - the vast majority of gun owners are responsible. I'm one of them. But the one's who aren't cause an intolerable amount destruction. As the saying goes "they ruined it for everyone." Someday, America will have strict gun laws like every other first world country.  But there's a whole lot of death and destruction coming our way before that day gets here.
