It was trading at about $40 a share and trending down when he offered to buy at $54 a share.

And notify me when Elon actually releases something that we didn’t already know. All I’ve seen so far is him spinning previously known facts with his own slant.

I’m not angry at Musk. I think it’s amusing to watch a supposed business genius (who was born into wealth) self-destruct. Ad revenues are way below prior years, and it’s because of how he’s decided he wants to run things.

You can ignore the replies from the usual, ignorant trolls.  Child sex exploitation and child porn have been a problem on Twitter forever.  And the executives at Twitter knew about it and did nothing.  There is currently a lawsuit from two john does who told Twitter about material related to their exploitation being on Twitter.  Twitter reviewed the material, confirmed their identities, but did nothing about the material on Twitter.  I won't go further in to it.  If you're really interested here are a couple of links:

Thanks for the links.  Probably worth noting that the Verge article says the “Red Team” working on the adult porn project just concluded in April 2022 that they couldn’t move forward due to the amount of child porn.   So it’s possible twitter may not have realized the extent of the problem. I do commend Musk for seemingly improving on it thus far, but probably still too early to give a firm judgement.

Has there been any update to the lawsuit? I’d be curious to see twitter’s explanation (and I’m not gonna search for that video)
