Zoe - no.  I don't think she could pull off the laissez-faire attitude needed for the part.

Zendaya - no.  Too young to pass for a swashbuckling pirate and I don't think she could handle the action parts

Margot - yes.  I like her as Harley Quinn, and this is a non-psychotic version of that.

Ayo - ??.  Seems to young for this type of role, but I have no idea who she is.

Keira - Not funny enough, and difficult to buy her as tough

If they were desperate for a minority female to play the role, I'd look at the woman who played black panther's sister.  She's funny and can do enough action to get by.
