I charge the kid with drunk and disorderly.  I charge the fat guy with assualt and battery.  I allow deferred judgments for each upon no further violations of the law and no attendance at publicly ticketed events for a year.  The chicK I don't charge but I encourage to find a man.  The guy who tried to reason with the "Little Boy", I commend.  The fat guy I reccomend to a boxing gym to learn how to punch.

 

I hope the Little Boy has the temerity to sue the fat guy.  I hope he walks into court and sees a black man or woman presiding.
